same design, samepixels.
LocaleShot treats your finished PNG like a design file. It reverse-engineers the design once, erases only the text pixels, and re-renders every language with a real typography engine. No templates. No re-drawing. No tofu.

Backgrounds byte-identical across languages — measured against ground truth on every engine change.
The pipeline
Decompose once. Render forever.
We don't “edit” your image per language — we recover the design itself. After that, every additional language costs seconds and about a cent.

stage 01
Decompose once
We reverse-engineer the finished PNG into a design spec — every text block with its exact font, measured size, color, rotation — plus a clean text-free plate where only the glyph pixels were reconstructed.

stage 02
Edit the spec
Every element is a box you can click: fix a translation, lock a brand term, toggle an element off. The review surface is a first-class product screen, not a JSON file.

Render every locale
A real browser engine re-typesets each language against the spec — auto-fit, RTL and CJK shaping, native abbreviations — in about 0.6 seconds per language. Forty languages don't cost 40×.
Typography engine
German breaks your buttons. We typeset it like a German designer would.
Languages expand — German by 30–40%, short English strings up to 300%. “Mittagessen” doesn’t fit where “Lunch” lived, and a generic translator will happily smash it through your chip row. LocaleShot handles it the way a designer would, automatically:
- measure-and-fitsizing measured in a real browser engine, never guessed
- sibling locka chip row never ends up with four font sizes — at most −10% of the designed size, together
- native abbreviationan LLM shortens “Mittagessen” to “Mittag” the way a German designer would — before any ellipsis
- hard guaranteeszero overflow, zero clipped text, pills never redrawn — tested on every render

Store-ready out the door
Pixel-exact, because Apple rejects 1px off.
Exact Apple and Play sizes, per-locale folder trees that drop straight into fastlane. This engine already shipped a real app's store assets in 40+ languages across 4 device slots.
Apple wants up to 47 locales × 10 screenshots × 2 device sizes — roughly 940 images per full pass. Google Play shows your default-language graphics to everyone you didn’t localize for. LocaleShot turns that from a quarter-long project into an export button: pick the target, download the ZIP, run fastlane deliver.

Economics
Studio-grade output at render-time prices.
Because the design is recovered once, forty languages don't cost 40×. That's the economic moat every per-image-credit competitor can't follow.
design studio
$150–300 / language / set
2–5 days each, re-incurred on every creative refresh. The gold standard for quality — at gold prices.
localeshot
≈$0.10 / screen · language
Seconds per render, every intermediate editable — a human reviews 1% instead of producing 100%.
10 screens × 40 locales ≈ $16
A full store set — what one studio language used to cost, ten times over.
The honest map
Why nothing else does this.
Template builders translate their own text layers. Design suites translate editable objects. AI editors re-synthesize your whole image. We ingest the finished pixels.

We mean this table honestly: design in a template builder or Figma if you like — export the PNG and we take it the other 39 languages. AI editors are brilliant too; we use them as a surgically-masked background infiller, never to redraw your design.
